SECTION 2 - SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Contract Term and Automatic Renewal 1.1 The subscription becomes binding upon completion of the order process. 1.2 The subscription is automatically renewed unless canceled in good time before the end of the respective contract term. 1.3 Cancellation must be made at least two weeks before the next subscription renewal.

  2. Right of withdrawal for subscriptions 2.1 Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions. 2.2 For automatically triggered orders as part of a subscription, the goods must be returned before a refund can be issued.

  3. Termination of Subscription 3.1 Subscriptions can be terminated at any time within the notice period. 3.2 Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of your subscription for the exact notice periods.

  4. Changes or Cancellations 4.1 We reserve the right to make changes to the subscription terms. 4.2 Customers will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

  5. Delivery Delays 5.1 Delivery delays may occur if a product is out of stock. 5.2 Shipping may be delayed, as this is beyond our control.

SECTION 3 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

  1. Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with our cancellation policy.
  2. Returns must be sent to the specified address within the cancellation period.
  3. In the case of a return within the subscription, the goods must be returned immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receipt.
  4. Return costs:
    • The customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.
  5. Refund claim for opened packages:
    • If the product packaging is opened or the product has been used, a refund is not possible.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse a refund until we have received the goods or until we have received proof of return.

  3. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission.

  2. Our liability for damages not resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

  1. All payments are made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  2. Accepted payment methods are credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers and other payment methods offered by us.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel payments if there is a non-payment or suspected fraud.

SECTION 8 - SOCIAL MEDIA AND COMMUNICATIONS

    • Customers and users are obliged to behave respectfully and objectively in public and private communication channels, including social media.
    • Any threats or aggressive communication towards our company or our employees may result in legal consequences.
  2. Threats and legal action:
    • If customers make unjustified threats (particularly on social media or through other communication channels), we reserve the right to take legal action, including filing lawsuits or seeking injunctions.
  3. Spam and unsolicited communication:
    • We ask our customers to respect our communication guidelines and not send repeated, unsolicited messages that disrupt normal operations and service delivery. Customers who do so may be excluded from our services.
